1. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product.
- If the product is not delivered within the promised time and you no longer wish to proceed with the order.
How to request a refund:
- Contact us at support@avniseeds.com within 24 Hours of receiving the product.
- Provide your order number, reason for the refund request, and any supporting photos if applicable.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please Note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.
- Refunds are not applicable for seeds that have been opened, partially used, or improperly stored.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order with in 48 hours and if it has not yet been shipped.
How to request a cancellation:
- Contact us immediately at support@avniseeds.com with your order number.
- If your order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, but you may be eligible for a return depending on the case.
Non-Cancellable Orders:
Custom orders and special order requests cannot be canceled once processed.
